Explaination

A proposal comprises previously saved answers.

Some submissions may require more information or time than you currently have. For these submissions you can save your answers and continue later. Proposals are saved for 30 days from the last save.

Create a new proposal
  1. Your email address
  2. Note down your key (lowercase letters and numbers)
  3. Your latest answers are saved each time you press the "save" button
Retrieve a proposal

  1. Enter the email address you used when creating the proposal
  3. Check your email

Current proposal key. This needs to be recorded for later retrieval of saved answers.

Please note: We are in the process of updating this form. The questions are far from complete. Completion expected end of January 2009. However, you can send a general information request.

  1. Mandatory questions have pink backgrounds
  2. You must supply a valid email address to complete this process.
  3. Your communication will be sent to your email address and you will have the ability to:
    1. Review, add and adjust the any information
    2. Add attachments if required
  4. You then reply (or forward) the finalised communication to us.
  5. This process also verifies the email you entered.
  6. Please allow several working days for a response.
